The next logical step would be to understand and have logical explanation to the experiences that you felt and how you can repeat them for yourself and make it Universal or easy for every other human being. Madhyasth Darshan as a technique has been propounded by Sri Nagaraj building on the great techniques like Vipassana Yoga meditation and so many other philosophies of the world
I am in the process of trying to understand why meditation and mindfulness living cannot become a way of life rather than being a Retreat activity which requires you to move away from the existing life that your leading.
